How is this different from buying leads from a directory?
Directory leads usually go to several agencies at once, and you end up racing to call first. Our inquiries come from ads run only for your agency in your area. We also do the calling and booking, so you get an assessment on your calendar instead of a name and a phone number.
Do you book Medicaid clients?
No. We ask every family how they'll pay, and we book families paying privately, with long-term care insurance or with VA benefits. Medicaid-only inquiries don't count toward your number and you aren't billed for them.
Who actually talks to the families?
The first text is automatic so it goes out within 60 seconds, any hour. After that, a real person on our team calls, asks the qualifying questions and books the visit. If you'd rather do intake yourself, we can transfer families to you live instead.
What's the difference between booked and held?
A booked assessment is on your calendar with a qualified family. A held assessment is one where you actually sat down with them. We send reminders the day before and the morning of to keep no-shows down, and your weekly report shows both numbers.
What do you need from me?
Access to your calendar and CRM, ad approvals within 48 hours, a quick call to each booked family within 1 hour during business hours, and enough caregivers to staff new cases.
How soon does it start?
In week 1 we work your old inquiries from the last 12 months. The ads go live as soon as you approve them.
Am I locked into a contract?
The first term is 90 days. After that you can go month to month or leave.
What if I can't staff a case?
Tell us right away and we'll slow down or narrow the ads. Booking families you can't serve doesn't help anyone, so staffing is part of the guarantee terms.
